Q. How do I pay for my order? A. Each download you make is directly charged to your phone bill through your carrier.
Q. Is a monthly subscription required? A. Crystal Cathedral Music does not require a subscription to purchase content. You are billed directly through your carrier per download. There are no monthly fees or access charges.
Q. Which phones can receive ringtone and graphics downloads? A. Your carrier ’s Compatible Phones page lists each phone that can download MP3 ringtones and wallpaper graphics. To see which specific download types are available for your phone, go to Tones & Graphics and select your phone make and model. All capabilities will be listed by a picture of your phone. Verizon wireless users must have MP3 compatible phones to download content. Q. How can I find out what my wireless phone model is? A. The easiest way is to turn your wireless phone off, remove its battery cover and battery, and read the label. Your wireless phone model number should be listed on the label under the battery. Q. My carrier is not listed, can I still purchase content? A. We currently only provide service through the following carriers. Q. How many ringtones and graphics can I download to my phone? A. The number of downloads you can store will depend on the available memory of your phones internal memory or your added external memory. Please visit your phone manufacturer's Web site or consult your phone's user manual. You can purchase new downloads and replace older ones that you have bought. However, if you replace your phone, you will have to re-purchase all product content, if you'd like to use it again. Q. If I need to replace or wish to upgrade my phone, how can I transfer my ringtones and graphics? A. Unfortunately, you can't. You'll need to download and repurchase any ringtones and graphics for your new phone. Downloads are nontransferable. Q. What if my ringtone or graphic hasn't arrived yet? A. Normally, a message sent to your wireless phone should be delivered in a few moments, but occasionally system delays may cause it to take a few minutes longer. If after 30 minutes, you still have not received your ringtone or graphic, For AT &T/Cingular, Sprint, T-Mobile and Dobson please review the download test message, select it and download it again. Otherwise, contact Customer Care at 800-506-7081.Verizon Customers should Call Our Customer Care. Q. What is a ringtone? A. A ringtone is a tune that plays when your phone is receiving a call. Ringtones allow you to personalize the way your phone rings. Q. What are the different types of ringtones? A. Most phones offers one of two different types of ringtones: polyphonic (NOT Supported), and Real or True Tones. Your phone model determines which type will work. Q. What do I need in order to receive ringtones on my phone? A. A MP3-capable phone, Text messaging and mobile internet (WAP) service. Please visit your carrier ’s site to find out if your phone is compatible. Q. Can I listen to a ringtone before I buy it? A. Yes. To listen to a ringtone on our Web site before you buy it, just click the listen button next to the song or ringtone you'd like to sample. You will need a soundcard and speakers on your PC to listen to ringtones. Q. How do I assign different ringtones to different callers? A. You can only assign different ringtones to contacts you have stored in your address book on your phone. The steps to assign different ringtones vary by phone make and model. Check your phone's manual for specific instructions. You can also download your phone's manual by going to the Phones & Devices section of the site. Q. Will These Ringtones Work On My Phone? A. As long as your phone is compatible and able to gain internet access the ringtones will work. You can ask your provider for more details. There's a pretty good chance that you'll be able find the right tunes for your phone. A. Yes. We'll send you a link and you'll download your ringtone via Mobile Internet (WAP). Do you have mobile internet on your phone? Check with your service provider to make sure you have this service enabled. Q. What Do I Do With The Download Link You Send Me? A. Once you've placed your order we'll send a text message with a link to your phone. Use your phone options to “go to” address and take your download. Q. What Is Mobile Internet (WAP)? A. Mobile Internet (WAP) is an Mobile browser that allows you to connect to the Internet from your cellular phone. You can download as long as your phone is Internet-enabled. Q. I've Entered Your Mobile Internet (WAP) Address But I still can’t access your site. What's The Hold Up? A. If you know your phone works with Mobile Internet (WAP) but you still can't reach our site, it's probably a problem with your cellular company. Q. I Haven't Received My Download. What Is The Problem? A. It's possible that your Mobile internet (WAP) settings are not correct, there is a network problem or that you've entered the wrong phone number. Check the number or try again later. Q. This SMS link Doesn't Work - What's Going On? A. The link is fine when we send it. Check that your phone is Internet-enabled and that the link was not corrupted during delivery. If your phone is WAP-enabled, you can also text the keyword listed to help and we will send you the tone. If you're still having trouble, please contact us.
